Experienced Gardener, to join our Soft Landscaping Team

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our garden maintenance team!

Main Duties:

There are no formal qualifications needed for this role.
You should be passionate about the industry
Have good communication, interpersonal and listening skills
Have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Good organisational skills are an advantage
Be able to demonstrate initiative with a willingness to continually learn
Full clean driving license is essential
Working knowledge of plants, plant care and planting methods is essential
Lawn care knowledge is an advantage
Competent in using all types of plant and machinery
The ability to work independently and as part of a fast paced team in an environment where professionalism at all levels is required at all times
A high level of physical fitness is required and the ability to work at heights

Spraying and/or trailer license desired but not essential

Experienced Team Leader, to join our Hard Landscaping Team

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and well established, expanding company, as a skilled landscaper to run our high-end projects.

You must have a hands-on approach and will be expected to work the highest standards to create outstanding outdoor spaces. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be enthusiastic, with an excellent eye for detail.

Main Duties:

The main duties include but are not limited to:
Run a site
Quantify materials
Organise teams

Perform all landscaping duties eg: Groundworks, Set Out, Brick & Block Work, Paving, Fencing, Turfing, Brick Work, Joinery, Decking to an extremely high standard.

Ability to work with minimal supervision
A responsible attitude towards work and colleagues

General Labourer, to join our Hard Landscaping Team

Job Summary:

This will be an exciting opportunity for you to join an established and growing family-run company, with excellent long-term prospects and great rates of pay.
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our hard landscaping team as a general labourer!
One of the most important general labourer responsibilities is to collect rubbish, debris and other waste to keep the site clean and safe.
You’ll also get to handle power tools and materials (such as saws and drills).

Main Duties:

Supporting the operations on worksites.
Maintaining high levels of presentation at all times
Cleaning and maintaining of tools and equipment
Following health and safety procedures at all times

You will be part of a small team of up to 4 people, and will be expected to complete various projects to an extremely high standard for our clientele, you will need to be a good communicator, (both written and verbal), comfortable liaising with clients, physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy loads. You should be able to concentrate on performing your tasks and commit to safety rules.
