This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and well established, expanding company, as a skilled landscaper to run our high-end projects.
You must have a hands-on approach and will be expected to work to the highest standards to create outstanding outdoor spaces. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be enthusiastic, with an excellent eye for detail.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run a site
• Quantify materials
• Organise teams
• Perform all landscaping duties eg: Groundworks, Set Out, Brick & Block Work, Paving, Fencing, Turfing, Brick Work, Joinery, Decking to an extremely high standard.

🔧 What You Bring to the Team:

• At least 3 years’ experience in all aspects of hard and/or soft landscaping
• Set up site & levels, interpret CAD drawings & specifications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A responsible attitude to safety procedures
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• A responsible attitude towards work and colleagues

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to continually learn and grow
• Able to manage time and prioritise workload
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• A full clean UK driving licence would be desired

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled & professional landscaper to run high-end landscaping projects.

You must be experienced in setting out sites, reading landscape designs and building our beautiful gardens e.g. groundworks, brick & block work, paving, fencing, turfing, brick work, joinery, decking to an extremely high standard.

You must also have the skills to run a site, quantify materials, organise the team and perform all landscaping duties to an extremely high standard.

General Labourer

🌿Job Title: General Labourer
Location: Northwich, Cheshire
Employment Type: Full-Time 
Salary: £7.55-£12.71 per hour

This will be an exciting opportunity for you to join an established and growing family-run company, with excellent long-term prospects and great rates of pay.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our garden landscaping team as General Labourers. This is a hands-on role, supporting a variety of landscaping projects and contributing to the smooth and safe running of our worksites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised worksite, including the removal of waste, debris and materials
• Supporting day-to-day operations on landscaping and construction sites
• Handling and using power tools and materials (such as saws and drills)
• Cleaning and maintaining tools, machinery and equipment
• Maintaining high standards of presentation at all times
• Following health and safety procedures strictly at all times

About You:

• Able to work effectively as part of a small team of up to four people
• Physically fit, with the stamina to carry out manual work and lift heavy loads
• Able to concentrate on tasks and consistently deliver work to a very high standard
• A good communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Comfortable liaising with clients while on site
• Reliable, safety-conscious and willing to learn
