From Garden Design to Residential Construction: How Evergreen Has Evolved

For many people, Evergreen is known for designing and building beautiful gardens and that remains a fundamental part of what we do. Landscape design, garden build and long-term maintenance continue to sit at the heart of Evergreen, underpinned by thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and long-lasting results.
However, as the years have gone on, our projects have naturally grown in scope, complexity and ambition.

Increasingly, we’ve found ourselves working not just in the garden, but firmly within the structure of the home itself, delivering groundworks, drainage, foundations, structural elements and full residential construction works. At that stage, it no longer made sense to describe Evergreen solely as a landscaping business, or to separate “the build” from “the garden”.

Many residential projects reach a point where landscaping alone isn’t enough. Structural walls, foundations, enabling works for extensions, and in some cases full house builds, are essential to ensure a project is safe, functional and built to last.

Over time, Evergreen was already delivering this level of work as part of wider home and garden projects. Formalising our residential construction services was a natural evolution, not a change in direction, but a clear reflection of the projects we now deliver.
